Executives at Intel Corp. said at a virtual roundtable Wednesday that advanced packaging manufacturing at the company's Rio Rancho facility could ramp up as more customers move to some of Intel's new semiconductor technologies, but didn't offer an updated timeline on when that type of manufacturing could start in New Mexico. The multinational technology company headquartered in Santa Clara, California (Nasdaq: INTC), discussed plans for advanced packaging technologies, including for new types of manufacturing at its 218-acre campus in Rio Rancho.
